A few weeks ago, while heading lake home from a long weekend, I stopped at a fast food diner to grab a quick bite to eat, then while I was at the drive-thru window waiting for them to complete my order, I had my window rolled down & a bee flew into my car; I didn’t freak out, however I was sad that the bee was in my car.
I instantaneously rolled down all my windows so that the bee had several ways to exit the vehicle.
I had my cousin with me, & she was trying to help the bee out of the car, then the fast food employees were witness to all of this & waited patiently until every one of us were able to get the bee safely detachd. Thankfully, neither me or my cousin are allergic to bees, & I am sure things love this happen all the time. Bees will enter spaces where every one of us occupy, & when this happens, the best thing to do is to remain calm, no matter what, do not try to swat at the bee for it could possibly view that action as a threat & might retaliate by stinging you. Typically, bees don’t use their stinger unless they feel threatened. In fact, the insects are docile & will die once they sting a human, then once the stinger punctures human skin, the bee has to unaffix from the stinger which will leave a gaping hole in its abdomen. It will then die a painful death a short time after, however so, when you encounter a bee, possibilities are it will not want to sting you.
