For the last 10 years or so, I have gone to the same heating and cooling technician.
Whenever there is a problem, I call him up.
Usually, we don’t have a lot of problems because we have a service plan. This heating and cooling technician also comes for all of our service appointments. It all started when my furnace broke many many years ago. I called up a local heating and cooling company and asked for an emergency repair. I was so upset and I just couldn’t seem to shake it. I tried to be formal to the heating and cooling technician, but I was so worried about how long I’d be out of heat and how much money it was all going to cost me. The heating and cooling technician talked me through everything and assured me that he’d give me the best deal he could. His hard work and thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed. That is why he’s had my business all these years. That first emergency appointment, I told the heating and cooling technician that I didn’t know how to properly service my HVAC equipment. He enrolled me with a service plan and made me feel like everything was going to be okay. I really appreciate the excellent service he’s given me over the years.
