Getting more info before doing the repair

I knew there was a concern with our gas furnace, although I couldn’t even tell them what, then I did not know, except that both of us weren’t getting the right amount of heat from the air vents.

I tried to tell them this, but it didn’t sound right when I said it! The heating, ventilation and A/C serviceman told me he would come over and diagnose the central gas furnace, but it would entirely be easier to service than diagnose. I was afraid that if it was as bad as I thought it may be, the gas furnace may be broken to where it needed to be replaced. I didn’t suppose I trusted an actual heating, ventilation and A/C serviceman who told me a gas furnace was easier to service than diagnose. That tells me he may guess and make repairs that aren’t necessary. This could be honestly costly for me, and it may still not be enough to service the problem, and suddenly, I knew exactly what I had to tell the central heating, ventilation and A/C business. There wasn’t enough airflow to get the heat to the entire house, and it was making a whistling noise. I called the heating, ventilation and A/C corporation to tell them this before the heating, ventilation and A/C serviceman arrived. I didn’t even want the heating, ventilation and A/C serviceman doing a service before he could do a respected diagnosis; and with this extra information, the diagnosis may become easier than the repair, instead of the other way around. I just suppose I need to have a gas furnace that works, separate from a lot of extra expense, and I want it before the temperature drops even more. I don’t suppose it was too much to ask.
