I finally figured out how to be comfortable at the gym.
- It was easy to fix because I stopped going, but for more than a year, I tried and tried to get comfortable inside the commercial Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C of that gym.
It’s going on 18 months now since I made a important change in our life when it comes to our health, however while I made some important fluctuations when it came to diet, rest, meditation and not being sedentary, working out has been a important section of all this. I’m so thankful to have finally gotten to the point where I was willing to go all in when it came to changing our behavior; For far too long, I would sit all morning inside the commercial Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C of the office only to come up-to-date home and sit all evening in our recliner. That’s just too much standing inside some form of central air conditioning. I’m standing up for at least half the morning at work thanks to a desk riser our wife got me. And I’m getting our workouts in every morning instead of plopping down inside the air conditioning each night. But I’m not going to the gym for our workouts. I just couldn’t guess comfortable there. I didn’t like the heating and cooling and I was not fond of working out with people I didn’t know. So I have a up-to-date home gym in the basement with a ductless heat pump for all our air conditioning needs. A up-to-date home gym can be a bit of a commitment as can outfitting it with component and a ductless heat pump. But I’m not skipping workouts any longer and I’m entirely looking forward to our biweekly workout now that I have a gym in the basement.
