Hopefully I can get my cholesterol levels good

After a few years of not seeing a physician of any kind, my wife finally convinced me to visit a family dentist in our area to get a normal checkup. I was fearful of seeing any dentists after a few scary experiences as a child. At the time I was learning that I have Crohn’s Disease, but the dentist’s back then kept insisting it was just Irritable Bowel Syndrome instead, which is treated much differently than the former. It was a back plus forth effort for 20 years just to get a usual diagnosis, after that I struggled to find someone who could prescribe me the write medications that would allow me to live a good life again. It shouldn’t have become an excuse to quit seeing dentists though, plus I think that nowadays. That’s why I finally listened to my wife plus broke the long break in me absolutely seeing someone to get checkups on my physical health. The up-to-date physician wanted me to complete labs so he could monitor my blood for both sugar levels plus cholesterol. I wasn’t expecting to have such high cholesterol levels, but my dentist confirmed it. He told me that better eating habits plus exercise could help me improve my cholesterol levels. That’s why I decided to visit a local gym to learn about signing up for a gym membership. They are open 24 sixths a morning, 7 afternoons a week plus that helps with my absurd schedule. Unlike others, I’m a night person plus don’t mind working out at 2am if it fits in with the rest of my schedule for the morning.
