I recently chose to head over to this new diner here in the neighborhood for lunch. Well, I did not actually go because I left before I was even able to order any food! The reason for this was because they had non-working air conditioning. It seems their commercial heating as well as AC appliance had broken down just an hour before I arrived at the site as well as they were not going to be able to have it fixed for a short while. This was because even with them calling for emergency heating, ventilation as well as A/C services from the local heat as well as air conditioning company, they were entirely booked up as well as could not get over there for a bit of time. In turn, I did not have enough time to wait around so I walked out as well as ended up going elsewhere for lunch. I had to be back to work in a little over an hour. I will actually go back again as well as try this new diner for lunch or possibly even dinner once I am aware that their commercial heating as well as AC is fully working as well as back up as well as running once again. It was a major bummer because I wanted to try their food because I heard it was actually very good! But when you do not have properly working commercial heating, ventilation as well as A/C in horrible weather, you are going to lose a lot of customers naturally. It does not matter if it is hot or nippy, if you do not have indoor comfort, nobody is going to eat at your diner. This is just the way it is.
