None of weeks ago, I responded to a repair call downtown at the residential apartment buildings.
The residential apartment buildings are particularly places that are owned by the woman living in the apartment.
The apartments are much love condos. The seasoned apartment building used to be a university! When the university closed down, the building was vacant for 20 years, but eventually, a real estate developer purchased the building & turned it into senior living apartments. Each a single of the apartments has several kitchens, a bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, & a small porch & Patio. Most of the residents are on social security or disability. They all have a fixed income. I responded to a repair request placed by a single of the people living in the building. I suddenly realized that the heat pump could not be fixed. It needed to be substituted & the price to substitute the heat pump was quite significant. The owner of the apartment did not have the money to pay for the pricey repairs. I felt entirely awful & I wanted to do something to help. I gave to perform all of the repairs for free if the girl could figure out how to pay for the equipment. I couldn’t offer the heating device for free, because I am not the owner of the business. I knew I could donate our time & Services. I gave the girl the name of the distributor that both of us use for device & I told that girl exactly what both of us would need to complete the project. Hopefully she will come up with the money necessary to pay for the heat pump.
