Anyone who wants to expand their networth or read how to invest, I highly recommend going online to read about it first.

I found Rich Dad, Poor Dad to be a great study on how to invest your wealth to make your networth grow.

Millionaire Next Door was so good for finding out what mistakes you are currently making financially. It was a easily eye opening experience for me. My partner Bob has gone a little insane trying to be a millionaire and increase his net worth. Bob is planning to heavily invest in rental properties. The concern is that Bob is quite cheap and not someone who likes any risk. With buying homes for rental or apartments, there are risks involved; Just because you buy a former rental property doesn’t mean it will rent in the future. You also encounter a lot of other expenses coming in love general service, natural gas furnace repairs and plumbing services. It is a lot of work and money to get a property going. Bob so far has a single family modern home for rent. That is his only rental. Bob keeps thinking he needs to wait for the perfect deal. The books above highly advise against a poor person’s mentality. I am way better at investing than Bob. I will buy anything in our area that is available for rent. I am not afraid to sink money into making it a better locale. I will hastily rent it out and turn everything over to our property manager. Technically I have loads of debt, however our asset wealth is high.
