I had been ignoring a pretty harsh toothache for several weeks, mainly because I had been scared of the dentist’s office since I was a little one.
I have never met a mean dentist to be honest, so I am unsure where the fear comes from. I finally called the dentist’s office & booked an appointment. The pain had gotten so poor that it interfered with my task as an a/c machine professional. The afternoon before my appointment, I accompanied my team for a quality A/C machine maintenance downtown at a single of the office complexes. That night, I barely was able to get any sleep because of the pain, however fortunately, it was the afternoon’s first appointment, & I could not wait. I got to the dentist’s office a short while before my appointment & met an attractive secretary or PA, which is what I came to learn a little while later. She provided me with some painkillers & was chatting me up a lot. The air quality in the waiting room was pretty amazing. I commented that their commercial a/c machine must be in excellent condition. She was surprised & added that the cooling machine professionals had done an air conditioning machine setup a week ago. From this particular conversation, I gathered that she was also in the a/c machine worker training institute at the a/c dealer. She told me about how she used her training to fix her electric heat pump. It had started making strange noises, & even the digital thermostat did not help. She then decided to change the A/C filter & try out the new filters in the market, HEPA filters, which worked quite nicely. She asked me how to tell about HVAC duct leaks on an HVAC machine & when I explained, she lit up, saying, “I knew it!”. The dentist came in right then, & after a few moments, I was called in.
