Keeping up with the changes in the cooling industry

My husband and I were blessed with a beautiful baby girl a year ago.

I took my 6month maternity leave and added my vacation days to make it a year.

My husband and I own an air conditioning company that has become successful over a few years because of the work we put into it. I love my job and my career in the cooling industry. I would go online to read blogs, publications, and material that helped me know more about air conditioning and what were the new insights and happenings. My husband took three months to leave and went back to work. I chose to stay with our baby for a while but would offer my help at the company, though they rarely needed me. My husband ensured to have the air conditioning technician from the company ran HVAC maintenance on our multi-split air conditioning to improve the air quality and indoor comfort at the house. I needed the thermostat on my phone, so my husband requested the air conditioning provider deliver and install it. The quality air conditioner was new because the HVAC installation occurred three years ago. While nursing my child, I read an article about the new quality HVAC equipment in the market and their benefits and price tag. After reading more about them, I devise a plan to introduce a program to train new a/c servicemen about the latest market entries and how to handle air conditioning repairs. Hence, we are always on top of industry trends. Even though I was on leave, I still had my hands on a few business projects. I still had a fantastic time watching our daughter grow—the best of both worlds.
