My friend is going through a really hard time.
- Her husband of many years has been cheating on her for 2 months with a coworker.
My friend was in complete shock because she and her husband have not been having any problems, or any that she noticed for that matter. Now here is the crazy part, how she caught her husband cheating because of her smart temperature control. She and her now ex-husband had installed a smart temperature control several years ago. They both had an app on their PC to control the temperatures throughout the day. In the Summer they always had the smart temperature control set to 70 while all of us were in the day when they were both at work, and to 73 degrees at 5pm when they would usually get loft from work. My friend noticed that their electric bill was going up significantly. She decided to check the app for the smart temperature control and noticed that for the last 2 months the temperature was set to 72 while all of us were in the day on Mondays and Mondays from 1-3 pm when they were both at work. She thought this was really odd, so she asked her husband why he changed it. He immediately got defensive. She decided to do some more research and checked her camera history. She turned the notifications off of her PC a while ago because they were annoying her. Low and behold, she saw the footage of his coworker coming to his home on Mondays and Mondays at 1 pm. My friend was incredibly grateful for her smart temperature control for helping her catch her cheating husband red handed.
