My husband got a crown while I waited outside

My sweet husband had to get a root canal and a crown on one of his cuspids, but he had a cavity in the tooth for a couple of weeks during the pandemic; however, all of us were unable to see the nurse and the cavity became worse.

After he had the chance to go to a nurse, he found out that the tooth needed a root canal; however unluckily, the family nurse and general practitioner does not perform root canals.

All of us had to drive to the town to get the root canal performed, the process to get the root canal was honestly long, but my sweet husband had to get a bunch of X-rays and he had to go for a fitting. Then he had the root canal. Following that, he had to wait for the swelling to go down. Then the doctor fitted him with a crown, and finally, the nurse put the permanent Crown into his mouth! I waited outside in the vehicle while my sweet husband was inside getting the final crown. She did not want myself and others to see it until it was finally done, then when he came out to the vehicle and smiled, I have to say that I was genuinely surprised. The color of the crown was exactly the same as the rest of the teeth that are in his mouth. The crown doesn’t stick out at all. The nurse did a genuinely great job making sure that the current tooth would look exactly like the rest of the ones in his mouth. I have a root canal tied up next week, but I’m not even genuinely looking forward to starting the long dental procedure.
