No person was answering the phone at the HVAC company

Have you ever had a busy day at your job that you just didn’t want any disruptions? That was how I felt last week, and I finally had so much work to get done and felt quite productive… My deadlines were close by and I also wanted to get away for the weekend, and so, it was paramount I do as much as possible to make sure all was okay… Just as I was busy getting the job done, I started to assume the cold was weird.

  • I was sure I had turned on the heating plan before starting our work… The growing cold made myself and others leave our workstation and go check the thermostat.

To our utter surprise and shock, it seemed the thermostat was off and so was the oil furnace. In our area, fall can be finicky when it comes to heat and cold. Some afternoons are sizzling and appealing, while others are super cold. This happened to be a super cold day so I needed the oil furnace to sizzle the house. I sure was blissful. The oil furnace was showing signs of trouble in fall and not in the middle of winter. The best thing to do was contact the heating, ventilation, and A/C company and book an appointment. I retrieved our PC, and sited a call, but no single person was answering the heating, ventilation, and A/C company PC, and after 2 more tries, the line was disconnected, so I chose to leave them a message on the chat box on their website. About 10 minutes later, I got a call from a heating, ventilation, and A/C rep apologizing and he explained their PC was experiencing a glitch. They were completely blissful. I had left our information on the chat and sent out someone to service the faulty oil furnace an hour later.
