I do not know a lot about heating and cooling and when I asked simple questions to the Heating and Air Conditioning specialist I was made to think that I was stupid. With this being said, the people I was with and I are in the market for a up-to-date Heating and Air Conditioning dealer. When I was looking at several Heating and Air Conditioning companies, I noticed that some are open 24 hours a day and some close later in the night around 9 or 10 pm. When looking at the companies, what is most crucial to myself and others is client service and trust. I want to be able to trust that the Heating and Air Conditioning specialist who enters our home is professional, solves problems at hand, and provides the best services possible. When thinking about which Heating and Air Conditioning supplier to go with, if they are open 24 hours or not is crucial to me. What if I wake up at 3 am and our air conditioning stops working in the middle of the Summer and then I can’t sleep? It would be really convenient to be able to contact an Heating and Air Conditioning supplier if that situation were ever to occur. However, I do not want to select an Heating and Air Conditioning supplier solely based on their hours of operation. I would much rather go with an Heating and Air Conditioning supplier that has more limited hours if the client service is better.
