I have been searching for a new local HVAC company after the last company I worked with left me unsatisfied.
I was unsatisfied with the work they provided on the heat and A/C in my home in addition to the attitude that they had with my husband and I.
I do not know a lot about heating and cooling and when I asked simple questions to the HVAC technician I was made to feel that I was stupid. With this being said, we are in the market for a new HVAC company. When I was looking at various HVAC companies, I noticed that some are open 24 hours a day and some close later in the evening around 9 or 10 pm. When looking at the companies, what is most important to me is customer service and trust. I want to be able to trust that the HVAC technician who enters my home is professional, solves issues at hand, and provides the best services possible. When thinking about which HVAC company to go with, if they are open 24 hours or not is important to me. What if I wake up at 3 am and my air conditioning stops working in the middle of the summer and then I can’t sleep? It would be very convenient to be able to contact an HVAC company if that situation were ever to occur. However, I do not want to select an HVAC company solely based on their hours of operation. I would much rather go with an HVAC company that has more limited hours if the customer service is better.
