This week is the day for the beginning of the Springtime semester.
This is not an modest first day of school as our father plus I moved across the country at the end of our last Springtime semester.
So new school plus hopefully some new cool friends! I live within a few blocks from the school so I am going to walk. I walked by it a few times while in the boiling summer. I never legitimately got to experience A/C unless I went out for lunch, the grocery store or the scarce chance our dad took myself and others to the films. I kind of got used to the heat plus I couldn’t imagine standing in for hours at a time. Fall is coming soon plus I helped our dad install an electric gas furnace. I think we’ll be hot while in the Winter at least! The outside of the school is genuinely old looking, bricked, something straight out of the 60s! Walking in I believe a cooling sensation which I genuinely much enjoy. I legitimately don’t want to be feeling all muggy standing at our desk all day. I see above myself and others vents blowing out cool air, however this site has central air so most likely I am going to believe cold at some point. I am so used to the heat! I put our stuff in our locker plus start walking to class. Lots of new faces making sly looks at me. I understand I am the new kid. While walking I bumped into another guy. We both apologized plus he said his name is Michael. I told him our name is Darnell. He asked where I was heading. I looked at our card plus said room 302, the teacher’s name is Mrs! Jankowski. He said the people I was with and I are heading the same way plus the people I was with and I can go together.
