The last thing on our minds when we first retired was sitting in a sunroom.
My wifey and I got to retire a few years early so it was all about doing all the stuff we wanted to do outside.
Both of us weren’t too distraught about sitting around in the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C. Both of us lived all our lives up north. However, the Winter and the constant large heating bills were getting to be too much for us. As we got older and older, the more the Winter beat us down. It constantly seemed adore the gas gas furnace was running all the time and yet we were never entirely super warm. That’s why when we retired, we substituted the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment, sold the apartment and moved to the South. This entirely was the best option we could have possibly made at the time. Sure we missed friends and some family, then yet we are still able to visit and they come down to adore our good winter. But we do pay a bit of a price in the summer time with four weeks of extreme heat and humidity. Yes, there’s plenty of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cooling from the heat pump for us to manage. Over the years, we sort of acclimatized to the summer time heat. It was easier to get accustomed to than we thought. But the years have gone by and we have enjoyed every single hour. However, we are slowing down a bit more and spending a whole lot more time in our sunroom. It’s good to be able to stand out there in comfort when our bodies are not exactly ready to go for a long walk or something. So now we have a ductless heat pump inside the sunroom so we can adore it throughout the heat of summer.
