The bar with live music has a great air conditioner that runs throughout the summer

I love going out to live music in the downtown district on the weekends when I have time after work.

Since I work from home I have to be good about completing my work early in the day or I’m stuck working well into the evening hours.

Some of my closest friends are local musicians who play concerts every now and then. I love going to watch them play a set, whether it’s at a local bar, an outdoor festival, or a private party in an acquaintance’s basement. After being deprived of live music during COVID, it feels great to have it in my life again, especially on such a regular basis. Unfortunately, not every single music venue is created equally in quality. Some of the bars that I used to frequent have bad sound acoustics inside and it feels like being jammed into a tin can with the obnoxious echoing on the ceiling. However, there’s one bar in particular that I absolutely love because of how comfortable it is inside, coupled with the affordable prices. They have a warm heating system that keeps the interior toasty when temperatures drop below freezing outside. While we have an average winter in this area, our summers are particularly crazy. Some of the bars have inadequate air conditioning and it makes a huge difference when the place gets packed full of people on a Friday or Saturday night. My favorite bar’s air conditioner is so cool that this is never a problem. I don’t ever feel like I’m getting ready to start sweating while I’m crammed against two other people during a random weekend live show.
