The first HVAC appointment didn't go well

I was having trouble with the A/C on Monday.

I contacted a repair service that day and I made an appointment. They had someone available instantly, and the repair corporation showed up at our home around 10 AM. The guy got started on the repair, and he had to go to the workshop for parts, the guy still finished with our repair before suppertime. I was cheerful because the work was done early, so I could get some grocery shopping done. After the repair corporation left the house, I packed up the car and headed into town to go to the grocery store! When I came back, the home was even warmer than it was earlier that day. The A/C was not repaired regularly and I contacted the repair company again. This time I told the person on the cellphone that I needed someone with experience. The guy they sent earlier that day was easily young and he did not seem to think what he was doing. I did not want to run into the same problem a second time, so I thought it was best to ask for someone else. The lady on the phone did not seem easily cheerful with our request, even though she said she would try to find someone. About an hour later, she called me back to tell me that a repair corporation would be available after 5:00. I had to call the repair repair many times that day just to get the work done regularly. I do not know why the first guy did not get it right.
