Steve, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker, is the woman both of us trust to do our heating & cooling repairs whenever both of us have concerns; The woman is a wizard! She can figure out a complication within minutes but usually it is something savor me not cleaning out our air filters! Regardless when I needed him she would be at our new home the next day or if emergency she would be there the same day.
I have called him at savor 1am 1 time because something was wrong with our air conditioning, then he, the nice woman she is, was at our new home within the hour & figured out the issue shortly after. Today I had a heating tune up & when she was finished her Heating, Ventilation & A/C van was gone! Someone must have stolen it. I suppose this city is supposed to be trustworthy but there are some vial people out there trying to hurt a man’s income. Steve called the police & while waiting for them to arrive she called the Heating, Ventilation & A/C business to get another Heating, Ventilation & A/C serviceman to take on the other stressed appointments she had left. I gave him a cup of Pepsi & I could sense her frustration. The police showed up 15 minutes later & she gave them her report. The cops said while driving here another officer spotted the van behind someone’s new home & they are just verifying if in fact it’s the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company vehicle & they apprehended the suspect. After verifying everything the officer told Steve to never leave the van’s keys in it again because stolen vehicles are on the rise for criminal interest. Steve was just relieved & the officers took him to her van, and glad things worked out for him this time.
