We had enough money to last for months. I knew it wasn’t a huge mess tag, but I had faith in my husband that he could get the business going in that time. My husband has worked on commercial heating equipment for the last 20 years. The guy is a serious professional when it comes to furnaces and air conditioners. He has worked on some major systems for the bank, grocery store, and the football arena. I knew my husband would be successful if he put his mind into the project. He had to work a lot of long hours in the beginning. It was the only way for us to keep the overhead low. My husband was gone by 7 in the morning and he never came home until after the kids were done with dinner. They absolutely missed having their father with them, but they were certainly happy when the business was doing well and we had the opportunity to install a pool in the backyard. My husband and I surprised the kids at the beginning of the summer. The pool company tore the backyard apart to install a 16000 gallon inground pool. The money from the commercial heating company paid for the outdoor project. It took three weeks to complete, but now our backyard looks like a tropical oasis. We even have palm trees and a cabana.
