Rob lives in 1 of the most cool and charming locales on earth; I must admit I am jealous that our friend is living his dream… But last summer, he invited me to visit his current locale that’s southwest of the country; this beautiful location has the best weather, so he no longer has to deal with weeks of Winter season.
It’s also near a lake that’s a sizable hit with tourists; so, Rob is setting up some glamping pods for tourists touring the area.
This is additional income because he also works remotely for a tech supplier, however when Rob said he wanted to relocate to this locale, I wasn’t even shocked, and he’d regularly expressed the desire to live in such locales and run a glamping business. The right opportunity came when the owner of the locale wanted to sell a couple of acres… Rob happened to believe the realtor selling it and got a good deal. He has finally built a house and recently had a current cooling system setup in this space. The area only receives about 4 weeks of mild Winter season each year. So, the main focus is the cooling system. Rob wasn’t much in the way when it came to cooling systems so he got in touch with an actual heating, ventilation and A/C supplier in the area. They sent over an actual heating, ventilation and A/C professional who was quite informed about new cooling systems. He advocated to Rob about the best systems to install in the house, and he finally opted to go with a heat pump. Heat pumps are perfect for overheated temperature locations, since he rarely needs any heating in the Winter season.
