This Monday may be the best memory of our 4 month trip here to the United States because our whole family is going to be there. Well, our youngest brother won’t be here yet because he is still on the other side of the world but I suppose I will see a lot of family that I haven’t seen in years. I would also prefer to get a nice warm fire going in our mom’s fireplace while I am there so both of us can sit and watch the flames and just relax and talk about life without needing a modern heating system. I just rented a car and am driving for the first time in almost 5 years and it is quite stressful. I have some cold A/C to keep me comfortable however at this point there is so much traffic on the road right now with all of the snowbirds still here in town. I am going to buy our mom a washable HEPA filter for her anniversary before I go because she keeps buying the cheap 1s and is throwing them out every several weeks creating a lot of waste. I believe I will buy her 2 of them so she can just replace the 1 heating system filter she takes out so she doesn’t have to wait for it to dry. I’m not sure if she has a normal furnace filter although she doesn’t seem to use the furnace much because she typically uses the gas fireplace to heat the house.
