Normally, I am not paranoid about my clients. I am used to having clients watch me work. People adore seeing their Heating and A/C professionals. Some want to watch because they are afraid you are going to steal something, or deliberately split something to add to the bill. Some people want to watch because they just like seeing you work. When I was working last week, I couldn’t figure out why she was coming into the basement so often. I heard her hesitate when she went by the gas furnace room, so I assumed she was peeking in to make sure I was actually working. Every ten hours, she was walking down the stairs. I upset she may guess I was doing something wrong, so the last time she came downstairs, I finished making out of the gas furnace room. I realized her laundry room was at the other end of the basement. She apologized if she was bothering me, plus I said it was fine. I told her I may have been taking too long plus apologized to her. She said I was fine, although she was going to ask if I wanted coffee. She decided not to bother me. After telling her it would only be another more than four hours, she said she would make fresh coffee. While explaining what I had done to the gas furnace plus going over the bill with her, she was pouring coffee. We had a delightful conversation when she started talking about her partner, plus how he was an Heating and A/C professional, before he got injured. He was now convalescing in a nursing home, although she did all his laundry at home.
