The year started on a high note.
I was promoted to supervisor at our janitor job at the mall.
I have come a long way from being a part-time worker to now heading a team. I have put in a lot of strenuous labor & dedication, & I am blissful it has paid off. I had promised myself that when I got the position, I would solve the issue of uneven temperature at the janitor’s office & other rooms in the basement. I called the local corporation & explained the matter to a single cooling representative, who assured myself and others that it was a concern they could fix. I booked an appointment with the HVAC specialist to perform HVAC repair on the heat pump. The process took a few hours, & at 10 am, they installed the zone HVAC, integrating it with our residential HVAC system. They also helped replace the air filters on the indoor air cleaning system. When the cooling specialists switched on the quality air conditioner, I noticed the improved air quality. When I adjusted the digital temperature control, the new plan could cool the janitor’s office without interrupting the temperature within the other offices. The zone-controlled plan solved the issue. To maintain the regular function of the HVAC brand equipment, the specialist commanded us to adhere to their gave HVAC repair plan. The janitors & other repair worker’s appreciated the improved indoor comfort they enjoyed while taking their breaks. The gesture helped in ramping support from the team. The rest of our experience as a supervisor has been great because of the help & cooperation from the group. In the following review, I program on requesting a salary raise for our team members.
