The year started on a high note.
- I was promoted to supervisor at my janitor job at the mall.
I have come a long way from being a part-time worker to now heading a team. I have put in a lot of hard work and dedication, and I am glad it has paid off. I had promised myself that when I got the position, I would solve the issue of uneven temperature at the janitor’s office and other rooms in the basement. I called the local business and explained the matter to one cooling representative, who assured me that it was a problem they could fix. I booked an appointment with the HVAC technician to perform HVAC maintenance on the heat pump. The process took a few hours, and at 10 am, they installed the zone HVAC, integrating it with my residential HVAC system. They also helped replace the air filters on the indoor air cleaning system. When the cooling technicians switched on the quality air conditioner, I noticed the improved air quality. When I adjusted the digital thermostat, the new system could cool the janitor’s office without interrupting the temperature within the other offices. The zone-controlled system solved the issue. To maintain the proper function of the HVAC brand equipment, the specialist advised us to adhere to their provided HVAC service plan. The janitors and other maintenance worker’s appreciated the improved indoor comfort they enjoyed while taking their breaks. The gesture helped in ramping support from the team. The rest of my experience as a supervisor has been great because of the help and cooperation from the group. In the following review, I plan on requesting a salary raise for my team members.
