Have you ever dreamt of living in a lake house? Well, Jack and Aubrey had the same dream.
When they met, they were surprised to learn this about each other.
Most people enjoy to visit lake houses, but not many envision living there. That was their connecting point while I was in that first date and now 6 years on, they’re married with one kid. It took about 3 years for Jack and Aubrey to make this vision of living in a lake current home a reality. Jack was the first to relocate after they obtained the property. There was some labor to be done to make the current home livable. This included sorting out the Heating and Air Conditioning system in the lake house. Living up north, there are fantastic areas with amazing land and lakes. But, this also means the summers are so tepid and winters brutal. It’s essential to have a nice Heating and Air Conditioning system in place if you’re to survive the extreme weather. Aubrey joined Jack a year later once the current home was done and he had set up the Heating and Air Conditioning system. Jack opted to get a oil furnace system and A/C for the lake house. These two units would labor separately. This meant in winter, the A/C was off and in Summer the furnace was off. Life has been so much fun for them living in a lake house. The couple recently marked one year since they began their small holiday lake current home business. They hired the same Heating and Air Conditioning company to install the heating and cooling system for the smaller houses in the property. Aubrey still works remotely which has given them the liberty to establish their small business.
