Upon inspecting the new beach house before both of us obtained it, there were only a few things that absolutely bothered me.
The first thing was the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system didn’t seem to be taken care of unquestionably well over the years, but it was ancient anyway.
The minute thing was that most of the ceiling fans were missing the blades! When I asked where the blades were, nobody could answer that question. I made a request for the sellers to either supply the missing blades for the ceiling fans or purchase new ceiling fans. I thought it was important to have those fans to keep everybody comfortable in my home. So the sellers ended up buying new blades for the ceiling fans & had those hooked up before both of us moved in. I also wanted them to reduce the sale price of the beach house to accommodate for a new Heating, Ventilation plus A/C replacement. I explained that the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C was unquestionably ancient & I shouldn’t have to buy a brand new Heating, Ventilation plus A/C on my own. We actually negotiated & both of us both ended up willing to cover half of the expense for a new Heating, Ventilation plus A/C, which to me was actually better than nothing. The first thing I did after moving in was have the new Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system installed. It’s a unquestionably nice central Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system which is highly energy efficient. So far I’m unquestionably gratified with it. I also like using the ceiling fans all the time. I would have loved having new a singles installed, but the ancient a singles work just fine. I mostly just use the ceiling fans when I suppose hot in the beach house with minimal a/c to save on the utility bills.
