Together, they went over the peculiar components of the proposal and the manager explained how each one worked. Tim was amazed at how much he was able to learn in a short period of time! With the manager’s help, he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in no time, from that afternoon forward, Tim was no longer concerned about his task. He realized that he could consistently ask for help when he needed it and that there was consistently someone who was willing to lend a hand. He continued to work as an cooling system serviceman and became known as one of the best in the city.
